- Non-detachable design: the cap cannot be completely separated from the spout base after repeated twisting.
- Built-in stop lug structure on the thread. When unscrewing the cap counterclockwise, the cap is limited at the maximum opening position and cannot be fully unscrewed and separated from the spout base.
- The cap remains connected with the pouch spout permanently during repeated opening & closing. This design prevents lost caps, avoids choking hazard for children, and meets packaging safety requirements for EU market food & liquid detergent products.

White is the standard color. Custom Pantone colors are mixed for your order; the usual MOQ for a custom color is 100,000 pieces, with exceptions discussed case by case.
For a new mold, we quote after the 3D drawing is confirmed. A 3D-printed sample can be made after design approval, and mold production is typically around 60 days.
