About Shantou Ruihua Plastic
One of the first factories in China to research and manufacture plastic spouts — more than 30 years of mold expertise, and the largest spout-cap production capacity in the world.
Founded in 2010 in the China-Israel (Shantou) Science & Technology Innovation Cooperation Zone, Ruihua focuses on the R&D and production of plastic spout caps, ranking among China’s leading manufacturers in this field.
We are one of the first factories in China to research and manufacture plastic spouts, and we have been making spout molds for more than 30 years. A number of our technologies filled gaps in Chinese spout-mold making, and several Chinese spout-cap standards — 8.6 mm and 9.6 mm among them — were set by us. Many Chinese factories run spout molds we designed and built.
We own a modern, fully air-conditioned factory of over 70,000 m² with 130+ sets of advanced equipment, professional laboratories and an AI automatic inspection workshop — integrating R&D, mold design & manufacturing, production and sales into one-stop operation.
Our spouts and caps pair with color-printed pouches for liquids and powders — beverages, jelly, condiments, daily detergents and cosmetics. Business tenet: Integrity, Pragmatism, Harmony and Win-win Cooperation; philosophy: People-oriented & Customer First.
Our story
- 1999
Mold-making predecessor Baida is incorporated, formalising mold expertise that already ran back more than a decade. It still operates as our mold-making arm.
- 2010
Shantou Ruihua Plastic Co., Ltd. is founded, focused on plastic spout caps for stand-up pouches.
- Today
A National High-tech Enterprise and Guangdong “Specialized & Innovative” SME. More than 30 years in spout molds, the largest spout-cap production capacity in the world, exporting to SE Asia, Europe and the Americas.
