Stand-up-pouch guiding rails — a professional auxiliary component that lets filling & sealing machinery feed, position and open pouches fast, stably and fully automatically.
A spout rail (guiding rail) is the auxiliary component that makes automatic spouted-pouch production run smoothly. Empty spout pouches are loaded onto the rail, which feeds, aligns and positions them into the filling and sealing machine — enabling fast, stable, fully automatic bag feeding, positioning and pouch opening on the line.
Ruihua produces guiding rails matched to our spout caps and to common pouch-filling machinery, so throughput stays high and jams stay low. Rails can be tailored to your spout diameter, pouch pitch and machine, and are made from durable, dimensionally stable material for consistent long-run performance.
For use with spouts on stand-up pouches.
It is a guiding rail that holds and feeds spouted stand-up pouches into filling & sealing machinery, aligning and opening each pouch automatically so the line runs fast and stably.
Automatic stand-up-pouch filling and sealing lines used for beverages, liquid foods and other spouted-pouch products.
Yes — we tailor the rail to your spout diameter, pouch pitch and machine model for a precise fit.
