Typical applications & use cases
This 8.6mm spout cap is typically used for chilli and tomato sauce pouches, and any hot-filled or retorted content up to 121 C.
Standard-bore spout caps in this range are the everyday choice for pourable liquids — juice, milk and milk tea, jelly, yogurt, ketchup and smooth sauces, and non-food liquids such as colorants and paints.

Ordering & customization
White is the standard colour. Custom Pantone colours are mixed for your order; the usual MOQ for a custom colour is 100,000 pieces, with exceptions discussed case by case.
For a new mold, we quote after the 3D drawing is confirmed. A 3D-printed sample can be made after design approval, and mold production is typically around 60 days.
RD-001 is a regular stocked model and can be supplied from inventory at any order quantity.
